Terms Of Service
General Information
- For all of my pieces the payment method is via PayPal and expected within 24 hours of an accepted commission. If not done during this time, the slot will be canceled.
- The piece that you’ll receive is only for personal purposes unless we made an agreement about it. Once the final piece is delivered, a refund it’s not permitted
- You can post the received piece in any site as long as you credit me for making it.
- I’ll send you WIPs of the piece requested, please state any changes or additions in this part of the process since later it would be counted as an extra and you’ll need to pay more.
- About the WIPs, you’re not allowed to use them, and they’ll be in a lower quality to avoid robberies.
Commissions
- I have the right to decline you commission if I’m not sure that I can finish the piece in the estimated time or other reasons.
- I’ll start the commission piece once the full payment is done.
- Please be clear about what you want for the piece, attaching character references, poses or backgrounds.
- State if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery with specific dates, keep in mind that the usual delivery is in the period of 1 to 2 weeks unless the piece is complex.
- If for some reason I don’t deliver the piece in the agreed period of time between myself and the purchaser, it will result in a full refund.

If you’re commissioning me, you’re automatically accepting all of the terms made.
